Sara Haines is an American journalist who is currently working as a co-host of the ABC daytime shows The View and Strahan, Sara and Keke, and the game show The Chase.

In addition, Haines has also worked as a correspondent on Today, ABC News, and Good Morning America.

Haines was born in Newton, Iowa, and raised there. She attended Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in government in Haines also played basketball and volleyball while at Smith College.
